- Orders received by 1p Pacific Time, Monday-Friday, are usually shipped same day if in stock. Orders received after 1p Pacific Time may be shipped the next business day. No orders are shipped on major holidays or days in which normal shippers are inactive. Sorry, but no Saturday deliveries are allowed. Any delays or missed shipments which are the responsibility of the shipping carrier should be addressed with the carrier. American Dictation Corporation is not responsible for any errors by shipping carriers. No refunds or discounts on shipping costs shall be made due to carrier errors.
- We can only ship to street addresses. No APO or PO Boxes. If your shipping addresse is different from your credit card billing address, your shipment may be delayed until we can verify that you approved this purchase. This is to help protect you from fraudalent charges on your credit card.
- Privacy & Security
- We cherish your patronage and absolutely honor your privacy. Any information you provide to American Dictation shall be kept private and only shared with those directly responsible for fulfilling your order or request (e.g., distribution centers, carriers, credit card issuers, etc.). At no time will we sell, distribute or share your personal information with others. Statistical information regarding aggregate information may be used in promotions or analysis.
- Returns & Replacements
- Items you receive which were not the ones you ordered will be replaced or refunded at your request. Any items which are received damaged will also be replaced. Requests from returns and replacements must be made by calling 866-408-1383 during business hours. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required prior to returning items. Any items returned without an RMA will be returned to you at your expense. No exceptions.
- If you determine that the product you ordered is not satisfactory, you may return it within 14 days. For hygiene purposes, opened headsets may not be returned. Opened software may not returned.
- Ordering
- Our on-line ordering system utilizes the strongest SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption available to protect your information. Additionally, we partner with Authorize.net to protect your payment information. You can safely order on-line with American Dictation.
- If you prefer to order by phone, call (866) 408-1383 during business hours. We can take your order if paid by credit card.
- If you wish to pay by check, complete your order on-line, then follow the instructions for printing your order and sending it with a check to our office. Checks will be deposited and verified before shipping. A $25 charge will be made for returned checks. Only checks drawn on US banks are accepted. No third-party checks or money orders are allowed.
