What is your return policy?

If you receive hardware that is defective when received, please call us right away to arrange for a replacement. Otherwise, your satisfaction is guaranteed for 10 days from date of receipt.

Software that has been opened is not returnable due to manufacturer policies.

To return a product, please call us and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

When returning an item, it must be in new condition, in the original packaging.  Do not write or affix labels to the actual product packaging - only to the outside shipping container.

Include all parts, pieces, etc. If you purchased this item as part of a bundle, you must return all bundled items.

Headphones are not returnable for a refund due to hygienic reasons.
